Erb and Young Insurance — a 14-year-old independent Property and Casualty Insurance Agency (NOT LIFE OR HEALTH Insurance) — is assembling a select 2026 class of elite marketers. You will build B2B referral partner relationships with lenders and real estate professionals to drive referral-driven agency growth.
This role leads to an invitation-only Senior Agent track where you will be able to build your own insurance business inside of our existing insurance business. Initially, you will only be responsible for lead generation, NOT fulfilment. That will be done on your behalf.
Minimum Requirements- Minimum 2+ years verifiable B2B sales experience
- Documented success initiating & growing executive-level referral partner relationships
- Extraordinary communication & interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build business pipelines and manage pipelines using a CRM
- ULTIMATELY YOU WILL NEED TO BE LICENSED WHICH WILL BE REQUIRED.
