As a rock‑star sales expert, your number one priority is helping prospective residents find the right apartment home. You will use high‑level communication skills along with strategic consultative selling skills to provide the positive and genuine experience people crave when looking for their new home.

• Assist prospective residents in finding apartments that meet their needs.
• Provide consultative, customer‑focused selling and support throughout the leasing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents to encourage renewals.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to community occupancy and sustainability.

• Working knowledge of social media
• Microsoft Office product suite:
