Worth AI, a pioneering company in artificial intelligence, is seeking a passionate and results‑driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role you will be at the forefront of transforming how businesses leverage AI for innovative decision‑making, identifying and securing key enterprise accounts and fostering long‑term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business growth by identifying and prospecting potential clients in the computer software industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct in‑depth client needs analysis to understand business challenges and objectives.
- Present and demonstrate Worth AI's products and services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized proposals and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals while managing sales cycles effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Devise and implement business plans to target and reach prospective customers.
- Be a brand ambassador through event presence and thought leadership in local and industry communities.
- Support, drive, and improve company culture through active participation.
- Contribute to broader organizational goals beyond immediate responsibilities.
- Maintain high character and integrity when engaging partners, employees, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate results‑driven, smart, and culturally aligned execution.
- Use and adhere to company CRM tools for activity tracking.
- Communicate openly with sales and marketing teams to promote campaigns.
- Research top competitors and industry news regularly.
- Prospect for new customers and participate in corporate demand‑generation activities such as trade shows and conferences.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the computer software industry.
- Experience working in data/credit/risk industry.
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex client needs.
- Coachable, receptive to direction and feedback, yet forward‑thinking to challenge the status quo.
- Consultative, collaborative selling and relationship‑building approach.
- Willingness to travel as required (50%+).
- Prior experience in risk, underwriting, credit, and/or payments industry.
- All remote hires must travel to Orlando, Florida at least twice per year for town halls and team collaboration, plus orientation in Orlando.
