Overview
Vet and Tech is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Business Development & Outreach Specialist who thrives on building relationships, networking with veterinary professionals, and driving business growth across the U.S.
This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, representing a brand face-to-face, and converting conversations into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities- Represent Vet and Tech at national conferences, expos, trade shows & networking events
- Actively generate leads, pitch solutions, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and industry partners
- Network with decision-makers and key stakeholders in the veterinary industry
- Promote and sell Vet and Tech’s products, services, and digital solutions
- Support sales campaigns, outreach strategies, and market expansion efforts
- Collect market insights and feedback to support business growth
- Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Outreach, or Field Sales
- Strong sales mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident public speaker who can pitch and present professionally
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and networking abilities
- Veterinary, healthcare, or medical sales background (preferred but not required)
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for events and conferences
- Self-starter attitude with a passion for growth and results
