We’re looking for a go‑getter. Successful Experienced Sales Consultants must have strong communication skills and the drive to exceed sales goals. You’ll need to be self‑motivated, organized, and resourceful. Sales Consultants help potential customers see the value in company services and maintain strong relationships in order to generate sales leads.

- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects to demonstrate industry‑leading features
- Perform high‑quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Build trusting relationships and help customers complete the sales process
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have at least one year of sales experience
- Automotive sales experience must provide a previous CSI standing
- Provide a provable track record
- Highly driven and self‑motivated personality
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service

- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
