This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Representative located in Maitland, FL. The Inbound Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, providing tailored life insurance solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. The role requires effective communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, and a commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to the organization’s growth.

• Experience in Sales and Account Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Maitland, FL
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, BUT not required
• Be comfortable with commissioned sales- not a salaried position

Compensation- $130K-$400K (Commission only) We are looking for motivated sales professionals comfortable with commission-based sales. Our median agents earn $9K-$12K per month in net commissions, with top agents earning $30K++ each month.
