About the Position:
Tito’s Handmade Vodka is seeking a motivated team player with a passion for sales to join our talented team! The Sales Representative role is responsible for increasing sales orders from customer accounts of the distributor that currently purchase Tito’s products from the distributor and from customer accounts of the distributor that do not yet purchase Tito’s products from the distributor,utilizing resources to achieve sales order solicitationstrategyexecution, identifying salesorderopportunities and other salesordersolicitation support activities as necessary.
Our ideal candidate will be ready to become an expert ofthe Tito’sHandmade Vodka brand and be able to enthusiastically communicate product knowledge to customers by sharing the Tito’sstory and expounding on the virtues of the product.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execution of local sales order solicitation strategy,addressing opportunities to drive salesordersto the distributor and ultimately toTito’sand deliver company sales order goals.
- Develop andmaintainrelationships withdistributorteam, retail customers of the distributor, including those who purchase
Tito’s products and those who may in the future purchase Tito’s products.
- Monitor salesordergoals, supportdistributorsales teams on sales order solicitationstrategiesof
Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
- Execution of sampling activity during visits with the distributor team toon-and off-premise retail accounts of the distributor to drive salesorderstothe distributorandultimately toTito’s, andeducatethird-party demo agencies on salesordersolicitation of our products.
- Implement sales order solicitation programming, including productdisplaysdesignedto help drive retail salesordersto the distributorandultimately toTito’s.
- Maintain sales order solicitation information, including up-to-date records on contacts made, new placements secured,andfollow uppointsregardingcontactswith potential placements,to implement and adjust sales order solicitation strategy.
- Any and all additional activities necessary to support salesordersolicitation in the region.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years sales experience, on premise sales and beverage alcohol experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in analyzing sales data toidentifytrends and sales opportunities
- Knowledge of beverage alcohol market within territory a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong team player with proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams, foster positive relations, support team members, and achieve shared goals
- Polished Sales & Presentation Skills
- Physically capable of executing all essential functions to perform the job
- Be knowledgeable of Federal and State regulations as they pertain to the sale of alcoholic beverages
- Must have a valid US Driver’s License, safe drivingrecordand access to a reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes
- 21 years of age or older
- Legally able to work in USA
