What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping Salesforce data accurate and up to date, making sure the sales pipeline runs smoothly.
- Creating and polishing sales decks, proposals, and marketing materials to executive-level standards.
- Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Supporting email campaigns by writing and refining persuasive, brand-aligned content.
- Helping coordinate meetings, demos, and events for sales leadership.
- Building internal tools like dashboards and reports to track performance and engagement.
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years’ experience in sales support, operations, client coordination, or marketing support.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and a knack for keeping data clean and reliable.
- PowerPoint skills to create polished, client-ready presentations.
- Strong written communication, including grammar, tone, and persuasive copywriting.
- Experience supporting premium or luxury brands, memberships, hospitality, or high-touch services.
