Position Overview:

Manny Morin - State Farm Agent Miami FL is seeking a competitive and driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who excel at identifying opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and closing sales. With a base salary ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 and expected earnings of $70,000 to $105,000, this is a rewarding opportunity for motivated sales professionals.

Key Requirements:

• Must reside in Florida
• Florida 2-15 or 2-20 insurance license required (must be obtained before start date, preference for already licensed candidates)

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
• Manage customer accounts, process policy changes, and handle renewals
• Educate clients on insurance products and industry trends
• Assist customers with claims and provide ongoing support
• Contribute to agency growth by meeting sales goals and quotas
