• Start in inside sales: cold calling and pursuing leads for new customers to ship with Trinity.
• Build and manage a book of business, eventually serving as the customer's account manager.
• Sell Trinity’s services to new customers and continually service their transportation needs.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, overcome objections, and act as the one-stop-shop for transportation solutions.

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and decision making.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required.
• Experience in logistics preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports; ability to write reports and professional business correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful; generally strong computer skills.
• Ability to learn new software and computer systems.
• Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to connect with others to create openness and trust with team members, customers, or stakeholders.
