Overview
Part-time Leasing Specialist position based in Orlando near Sandlake and Old Dixie. Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. The role includes leasing inquiry handling, showings, scheduling, calling prospects, and lease signing. Will be based in Orlando and assist with our new construction committee in Kissimmee. Goal is to fill up newly acquired vacancies.
Responsibilities- Manage leasing inquiries, showings, scheduling, and follow-up with prospects.
- Conduct lease signings and coordinate related processes.
- Collaborate with the new construction committee in Kissimmee as needed.
- Support goal of filling newly acquired vacancies.
