Position Overview Do you have aspirations to run your own business? If so, consider working in the office of Javed Kapadia - State Farm Agent. As a member of our agency team, you'll gain firsthand experience of what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. You'll build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
This position offers an opportunity to work in an agent's office and explore the possibility of becoming a State Farm agent yourself.
Responsibilities
Establish and follow up on customer relationships as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals.Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success daily.What You Will Receive as an Agent Team Member
