• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real‑estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related experience including prior Redfin experience.
• Trained as a trusted advisor who guides clients through the buying and selling process.
• Proven record of winning web leads, closing deals and earning referral business.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer‑service skills.
• Embraces technology to build business and collaborate efficiently.

This is a commission‑based role with unlimited upside. Commissions are expected to range from $20,000 to $250,000. On average, agents make $85,000, but potential is uncapped.
