• Compensation range is $50,000 to $90,000+, which includes base salary, commission, and bonuses.

• You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided).
• During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will build rapport with the property manager, walk through a unit to assess opportunities, educate on our services and book repairs.
• Review sales routes, prepare calls, and perform minimal administrative tasks.

• Strong rapport skills and persistence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smart Phone.

• Goal-oriented, self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn

• Preference for candidates with property or facilities management backgrounds.
• No prior sales experience required, we provide all training; however previous sales experience is a plus.
• Professional, caring, and service-minded.
• Ready to thrive in a metrics-based, process-driven sales system.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation

• Territory Coverage Based out of West Orlando (Apopka, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere, Celebration).
• Strong communication skills —
  bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!

Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.

Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00+ per year
