The Product Sales Manager, Perimeter Solutions, is responsible for maximizing the share of the specialty products portfolio across an assigned account, geography, or product line. This role drives revenue growth through effective sales strategies, high-volume outbound prospecting, and inbound inquiry conversion.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Drive core product and value-added revenue within Perimeter Solutions product lines through high-volume prospecting of top projects and other transactional opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline. Identify and prioritize potential customers, industries, and market segments within your assigned territory. Approximately 45% of time on outbound prospecting, 35% on account development and relationship building, and 20% on inbound inquiry conversion. Achieve weekly/monthly/annual KPI goals (calls, quotes, activations, volume, revenue, and VAP penetration).

Product Knowledge
:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned product lines.
  • Understand existing product applications and prospects.
  • Act as a point of contact for specialty customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Leverage Will Scot value proposition across the portfolio.

Account Planning
:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities within vertical markets with customers and prospects.
  • Research target industries, understand goals, challenges, and opportunities; create plans outlining objectives, strategies, and actions for the portfolio and territory.
  • Monitor progress against plans and adjust strategies as needed.

Sales and Revenue Growth
:

  • Develop and execute product- and account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with the sales team to close deals.
  • Collaborate with Local and Branch management to grow units on rent, Essentials penetration, total revenue, and share of wallet while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Relationship Building
:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.

Reporting and Documentation
:

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track performance and manage customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity for management review.
  • Meet daily/weekly expectations on leading KPIs to meet sales targets.

Communication and Collaboration
:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Communicate strategy or portfolio information to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operational partners to ensure strategy awareness and seamless execution at national and local levels.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track performance and manage customers collaboratively.
EDUCATION AND

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED, or applicable experience
  • 5 years of outbound sales experience focused on technical products or solution selling, or 3 years of experience at Will Scot
  • Willingness to travel 10%-20% for field visits with customers (little to no overnight travel)
  • This role will be based in the branch; ~80-90% of the role will be outbound cold-calling from the branch office
  • Demonstrated professional communications (written and spoken)
