Role Overview

For this role, we look for individuals responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage a geographical territory, executing full sales strategies from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, to contract negotiation and customer retention.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests. Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Develop new business and acquire clients by building relationships, educating them on how Equipment Share can help save and make money, and operate more efficiently.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and keeping them informed of new solutions.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Tenacious, innovative, with proven outside sales experience and a strong sales track record.
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt and stay updated on products and services.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, team-oriented.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
