Position Overview

As a Sales Director within our Attractions pod, you will drive predictable and profitable ARR growth across the West Coast territory. Your role involves full‑cycle sales for accesso’s ecosystem—Ticketing, F&B & Retail, eCommerce, Mobile, Payments, Analytics, and 3rd‑party distribution—helping attractions operators connect more of their guest journey through our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline across the Attractions vertical (Theme Parks, Water Parks, Zoos, Aquariums, Museums and Cultural attractions).
  • Execute full‑cycle selling (prospecting, outbound outreach, discovery, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and close).
  • Deliver against an annual quota of new ARR along with upsell and cross‑sell targets.
  • Translate complex discovery conversations into clear, outcome‑focused solution proposals.
  • Position the full accesso ecosystem and drive multi‑product adoption rather than one‑off transactions.
  • Lead compelling on‑site and virtual demonstrations tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, aligned with accesso's commercial rhythm.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success and other pods to ensure seamless handoffs and ecosystem alignment.
  • Represent accesso at key industry events, conferences and trade shows across the region.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record selling technology solutions with at least $1 million or more in ARR quota attainment.
  • Three or more years of sales experience within the Attractions industry (Theme Parks, Water Parks, Zoos, Aquariums, Leisure or adjacent verticals).
  • Experience delivering live and remote product demonstrations using Zoom, Teams or similar tools.
  • Strong command of solution‑based and consultative selling with value‑driven storytelling.
  • High personal drive, self‑motivation and the ability to operate with discipline and consistency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring messaging to executives, operators and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, prioritization and quick decision‑making.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving commercial environment that depends on a unified operating model.
  • Additionally, candidates without direct Attractions sales experience will be considered if they have strong enterprise selling experience and a genuine passion for theme parks and the attractions industry.

Location & Travel

This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US, preferably in PST or Mountain time zone.
Travel requirement: up to 40%.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $90,000 – $125,000 USD.
  • Commission plan: uncapped, OTE $200,000 – $225,000 USD.
  • 4‑week Paid Time Off for the first three years, with increasing accrual thereafter.
