The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, supporting marketing initiatives, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility and works closely with internal teams to support sales strategies, improve performance, and help achieve company growth objectives.

• Manage and develop sales opportunities from lead generation to closing
• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and consistent follow‑up
• Assist with training and supporting team members when needed
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet sales and business goals
• Track activities and performance using CRM and sales tools

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales experience
