We are excited to announce that in partnership with our client we are currently looking for Inside Sales Representative / Concierge Service Provider to join our team.
In this position, you will promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space. The Inside Sales Representative / Concierge Service Provider is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio. This is accomplished by establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted product.
- Promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space and support adoption and utilization of the product portfolio.
- Make sales presentations and outreach to target accounts and physicians to achieve sales goals.
- Plan and organize territory to meet sales and call targets.
- Make complete, accurate, and timely submission of all time-keeping, call activity, and related details within the approved CRM.
- Comply with Promotional Programs and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets.
- Participate or coordinate virtual and live lunch & learns, dinner programs, weekend events, as appropriate.
- Interact appropriately with co-promotional partners or counterparts and collaborate with team members.
- Four-year College Degree required.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years Remote/Virtual Engagement experience, B2B territory management/account management experience or field sales experience preferred.
- Inside Pharmaceutical, Device, or Med Tech sales experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of Med Tech Device, Diagnostic, or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Experience maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
- Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals.
- Experience with Salesforce, Veeva preferred.
- Advanced listening, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and convey accurate complex product-related information to Healthcare Professionals in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner.
- Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems.
- High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work.
- Ability to be flexible as needed to meet fluctuating business needs.
- Private, quiet, dedicated workspace required.
- Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles.
- Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products.
- Maintain a professional image for Client and Client Products.
- Participate in all required training and sales meetings.
- Compliance with Promotional Programs and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets.

The potential base pay range for this role is $33.00-$35.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
