Travel Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Make initial sales presentation to prospective customers
• Solution-based selling to align customer needs with our products
• Utilize your technical sales knowledge to present product features and benefits effectively, ensuring customers understand the value proposition.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Follow up with new members as required
• Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas/goals
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs

• Proven experience in face-to-face sales and/or vacation package sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in similar environments is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Proper note taking abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage time while at work.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and specified holidays if needed based off of business needs.
