• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify business growth opportunities and generate new leads
• Present tailored signage solutions with confidence and expertise
• Create accurate estimates and manage sales from lead to close
• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend networking events and proactively engage in business development activities

• Strong sales and business development experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn and use company sales and estimating software
• Outgoing personality and a passion for working with people
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
