Business Development Representative

West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking a Business Development Representative for Orlando, FL. This field sales position requires travel throughout the assigned sales territory.

• 3‑to‑5 years of successful sales experience with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, and other healthcare‑related entities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and manage a large sales territory
• Familiarity with post‑acute sales environment and specifically wound care services
• Strong business and sales acumen

• Developing referral relationships throughout assigned sales territory
• Scheduling and conducting educational in‑services
• Providing the highest level of customer service
• Participation in regular team meetings to review business development goals and progress
• Ability to contribute to a strong company culture

Must have reliable means of transportation and ability to spend most of the time travelling throughout assigned sales territory.

• Competitive base salary based on experience
• Comprehensive performance incentive bonus + commissions
• Expected first‑year earnings at plan $95‑$100k
