Virtual Sales Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist. This opportunity is part of our Deployment Solutions team, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.
  • Work closely with field representatives to develop and implement effective business strategies that drive growth and success.
  • Demonstrate territory planning with impactful pre-/post-call analysis proficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials.
  • Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
  • Engage HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree minimum required.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a history of documented success.
  • 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience, strongly preferred.
  • Expert selling skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Technical/computer proficiency.
  • Effective prioritization and planning skills while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member while managing multiple tasks across multiple systems.
