Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission / W-2 with benefits, with earnings typically between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning up to $90K+ annually. Reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit those from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code.

This position offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers; it is not door-to-door sales, as consumers have initiated contact with Sears for estimates on our Home Improvement Products.

Responsibilities / Requirements

All Sales Project Consultant positions require extensive local travel using a personal vehicle to appointments.

Must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance.

This role involves lifting sample cases of home improvement products, which can weigh between 5lbs and 40lbs.

Must be proficient with computers.

Ability to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays; additional days and flexible hours may be required based on volume and seasonality.

Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills, with a passion for helping customers.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
