We are the Leaders in Home Improvement.
Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission on a W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home.
Territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role involves pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
