Account Manager

Land Care is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This high-impact role involves working closely with the Branch Manager, Production Manager, and production teams to build and maintain meaningful client relationships. The responsibilities include managing existing clients, developing new customer relationships, and exploring industry networking opportunities.

• Client Service and Retention: Drive customer satisfaction by understanding individual needs, provide excellent service, promote high standards for customer service, safety, and company culture, facilitate communication between clients and the production team, maintain the Landscape Quality Audit process, and prepare client proposals and estimates.
• New Business Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, prospect for new clients, and lead networking events to foster industry relationships.
