Account Development Manager
Join The Pittsburgh Paints Company as an Account Development Manager. The role focuses on growing sales across new and existing accounts in Pittsburgh Paints Company stores, targeting the commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments.
Location & CompensationOrlando, FL. Salary range: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure outstanding customer service to existing accounts, staying updated on promotions, new products, and customer service practices to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop account‑planning strategies and identify sales opportunities in existing and new accounts, understanding the segments they serve.
- Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact information, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met or exceeded.
- Facilitate accurate customer quotes to achieve margin targets aligned with pricing strategies.
- High school diploma required; 5+ years of sales experience with strong customer service skills, preferably with a college degree in a business‑related field.
- Experience with CRM software preferred; prior coatings experience highly sought after.
- Daily travel within the assigned territory; valid driver’s license required.
