Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Outside Sales Manager is required to join a leading manufacturer, distributor and developer of industrial Pumps.

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Outside Sales Manager will come from a mechanical sales background or have previous experience in selling a range of Pump Systems such as Submersible, Two Stage Pumps, Vertical Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Progressive Cavity Pumps or similar products.

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Outside Sales Manager this role is working out of the Southeast, covering Georgia, Florida and the neighbouring states covering industries such as food and beverage, Oil & Gas, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, oil and gas.

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Outside Sales Manager Role

• Covering the The Southeast, managing and developing an existing client base and also be able to bring on new profitable clients.
• Selling a range of Pump Systems such as Submersible, Two Stage Pumps, Vertical Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps Progressive Cavity Pumps or similar products.
• Identifying and acquiring new market potential.
• Liaise with the internal and external sales team and other engineering departments when required.
• Working with various industries such as food and beverage, health care, power, chemicals and various other industries.
• Selling a wide variety of valves and control-related products to contractors, OEMs, end-users, and distributors.
• Travel will be required within the Florida & Georgia.

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Outside Sales Manager Requirements

• Experience as Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Technical Sales Engineer / Outside Sales Manager/ Internal sales engineer
• An engineering qualification of some sort would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of process flow equipment is highly desirable.
• Have sold Pump Systems such as Submersible, Two Stage Pumps, Vertical Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps Progressive Cavity Pumps or similar products.
• Fluid power/ Rotating equipment background with industry sales knowledge would be considered (Pumps, Valves, compressors, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Filtration)
• Experience working within external sales roles serving industries such as food and beverage, health care, power, chemicals and various other industries.
• Must be located in Florida or Georgia.
