Position Overview

As a Loop Net Regional Director, you will join a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most advanced digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will collaborate with top owners and brokers to craft digital strategies that showcase and distinguish property portfolios online.

You will manage a team of sales professionals focused on expanding new and existing customer relationships, driving product adoption, preventing account reversals, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for increasing revenue by selling new advertising and marketing solutions, growing existing accounts, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. All new Regional Directors receive comprehensive training to build market credibility and long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals to meet or exceed defined sales quotas
  • Spend 3–4 days per week in the field on sales calls, providing coaching and training
  • Drive regional and team revenue growth, consistently meeting or surpassing annual sales targets
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure new client relationships while retaining and expanding existing accounts
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure activity levels and client engagement align with business goals
  • Manage weekly team activities, including attendance at CoStar offices, coaching sessions, and CRM usage for pipeline and account management
  • Set and pursue individual and team performance goals aligned with broader objectives; address performance issues promptly
  • Mentor and develop team members for professional growth
  • Promote CoStar Group’s culture and values
  • Travel to regional offices as required — up to 50%
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years directly managing 5–10 sales professionals within Commercial Real Estate, Digital Advertising/Marketing or related fields
  • Experience leading sales in a highly transactional, consultative, fast-paced environment with a short sales cycle
  • Experience managing a book of business with revenue > $1 million annually
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Demonstrated commitment to prior employers
  • Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check prior to start
  • Internal candidates have 5+ years sales experience, plus 18+ months at a CoStar Sales Executive level or higher, meeting/exceeding targets

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients at all levels
  • Track record of rapidly growing a sales territory via new client acquisition and existing account growth
  • Strong internal and external relationship-building skills
  • Ability to retain top performers and manage underperformers
  • Ability to travel 25–30%
  • Adaptability in a high-growth company
