What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a trusted consultant and strategic partner, working with clients to bring their visions to life through technical solutions, seamless logistics, and world‑class service.

  • Client Consulting – Understand client goals, budgets, and technical needs to develop customized event solutions.
  • Proposal Development – Respond to inquiries, craft compelling proposals, and negotiate contract terms with confidence.
  • Project Coordination – Oversee event logistics from site surveys to equipment needs, labor coordination, and execution planning.
  • Relationship Management – Maintain proactive communication, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after each event.
  • Internal Collaboration – Work cross‑functionally with project managers, technicians, and logistics teams to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Contract Oversight – Manage contracts, deposits, and invoicing to ensure smooth financial execution.
  • Post‑Event Follow‑Up – Debrief with clients, gather feedback, and identify future opportunities for collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
  • A background in AV sales or live event production (or both!)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
  • A passion for delivering amazing client experiences from start to finish
