Position Details- Location:
Onsite – Orlando, FL - Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
- 0‑3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing or other trades is a plus.
- Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer service oriented with the ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Fast learner of product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $18.71 – $29.92 (Monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
