Role Summary
Are you a relationship builder with a passion for solving problems and delivering results? As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting customers, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth. Working closely with the outside sales and business development teams, you’ll be a key player in building lasting partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service by assessing needs, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
- Support sales growth by engaging with existing customers and developing new prospects, while collaborating with outside sales representatives to expand territory opportunities.
- Identify additional product and service needs to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers to recommend solutions that address their challenges effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, leveraging technology and tools to stay organized and efficient.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, solving problems and sharing insights to drive continuous improvement.
- A minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, ideally within the distribution or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical sales and the ability to learn and apply industry-specific knowledge quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport.
- Highly effective organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
Base pay range
$23.00/yr - $27.00/yr
