About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to ensure customers have the best experience, and you will work on garment refill and care, presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house in collaboration with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Working at H&M means no two days are the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities.
Customer Sales & Profit
- Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and the Omni experience where available, offering direct customer service
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
- Promote and sell products effectively
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
- Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
- Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers
Team & Development
- Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues
- Follow procedures, routines and legal requirements in all store areas
- Give and receive feedback to learn, develop and support each other
- Participate in onboarding, introductions and training relevant for the role and future development
Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
- Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms)
- Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines
- Maintain stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
- Follow best practices for in-store omni services and in-store tech tools
- Support opening and closing of the store
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role
- Passionate about fashion and what is created in-store
- Motivated by delivering a great customer experience
- Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive and action-oriented
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Have sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment relevant to the role
- Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
