Sam's Club - - Responsibilities:
Handle returns, zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise, identify shrink and damages;
Provide member service by acknowledging the member, reviewing receipts, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and self-checkout;
Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies for different membership and payment types;
Assist with securing assets, observe potential criminal activity, maintain logs, and execute emergency procedures;
Train Member Frontline Service associates on processes and new technology and program rollout
