Cashier Team Member

Overview

The Fresh Market & You. Daytime Cashier position requiring daytime availability. This role is suitable for a high school graduate or older. Hours include shifts from early morning to evening; holidays and weekends are required. The store is closed on Christmas Day.

Daytime Cashier, part-time. Availability for daytime shifts is required. The role may require working shifts anywhere from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Holidays and weekends are a must.

Starting pay: $14.00 per hour.

We’re looking for team members who can work in any department, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End.

• Consistently provide excellent guest service
• Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and help them find meal solutions
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items while assisting nearby guests
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties
• Present yourself in a professional manner and adhere to uniform standards
