• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a "friends first" mindset. (What’s the AEO Selling Model? We’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy to make each guest’s day better.
• Be a team player and support the team in getting the job done.
• Maintain integrity by adhering to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people and stay energized in fast-paced environments.
• You can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience or are eager to learn (practice makes perfect).
• You’re at least 16 years of age.
