Supervisor As a Floor Supervisor, you are part of the store leadership team, ensuring high levels of customer engagement through sales results and supervision of the store team. You provide daily coaching and feedback on associate performance, and you help maintain a best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting personal growth and development within the company.

• Assist in strategically maximizing store sales and monitor progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer‑centric mindset and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision of associates and the in‑store experience.
• Coach and lead a team to exceed sales results.
• Ensure engaging with each customer to create an authentic brand experience and assist with visual merchandising standards.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards, and practices.
• Foster a great consumer experience in all situations by leading by example.

• Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profitability while meeting business goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• 1+ year of retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant education is helpful, but total experience and achievements are prioritized.
