The Beauty Advisor will serve as a trusted consultant by providing personalized beauty advice to clients, assisting with product selections, and creating memorable shopping experiences. Responsibilities include demonstrating expert product knowledge, offering tailored skincare and makeup recommendations, and educating customers on proper product use. Additional duties involve supporting retail operations, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and achieving sales goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Orlando, FL.

• Cosmetology expertise and knowledge of skincare routines and beauty treatments
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to recommend appropriate beauty solutions to meet customer needs
• Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening and building rapport with clients
• Experience in retail sales, meeting sales targets, and creating a positive in-store shopping experience
• A passion for beauty trends and a commitment to learning about new products and brands
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications or experience in the beauty industry (preferred)
