YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store always meets AEO brand visual standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a "guest ready" environment through replenishment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to provide an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store consistently represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive floor‑sets execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet floorset standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership to act on them.
• Help the merchandising team maintain brand standards through adjustments and replenishment, keeping the store looking fresh.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the sales floor and in the stockroom, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
