Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part‑time) – Orlando, FL 32825

We are seeking an energetic Field Merchandiser to showcase Hallmark products across grocery, drug, department and mass retailers in the Orlando area. As the face of Hallmark, you will work independently to maintain inventory, optimize product placement and support seasonal resets.

As a Field Merchandiser, you'll showcase organizational and time‑management skills, build relationships with retailers, and coordinate with local store teams to keep Hallmark products fully stocked.

• Your hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 depending on experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time role with a variable schedule: 5–14 hours per week.
• Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: Restock and organize Hallmark products using a mobile device for inventory management and reporting.
• Holiday support: Work additional hours around Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Department resets: Assist with installations and relocations of Hallmark fixtures, often with two‑week notice and possible evenings or weekends.
• Team collaboration: Support coworkers in the field organization when needed.

Work floor and back stockroom; lift up to 30 lb routinely and up to 50 lb occasionally; kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs and ladders. Physical stamina and energy are essential.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Able to lift up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Proficient with a handheld device used for documentation.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi connection and internet access.
• Consistent transportation to assigned stores.
