Overview
Store Support associates perform a variety of non-sales functions to support store operations and customer satisfaction. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. They work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, with little or some supervision, and must be detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
They must demonstrate integrity at all times and remain focused on store objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.
- Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
- Assist with customer order fulfillment and cash handling or program compliance as needed.
- Collaborate with associates, vendors, and carriers to support store operations.
- Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
