. We’re looking for a people person with an outgoing and friendly demeanor who can think on their feet in a fast-paced environment, and who enjoys positively impacting someone’s day. Cashiers are the heart of Burlington’s success and help create a positive memory of the shopping experience at the checkout.

• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
• Accurately and efficiently ring on register
• Process layaways, returns, and exchanges
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Base Pay: $14.00 per hour. Part-time associates may be eligible for Burlington’s benefits package which includes dental and vision coverage, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan, based on hours worked.
