Tech Style Fashion Group - Fabletics Retail is seeking a Store Associate for our retail store in Orlando, FL.

As a Store Associate, you will provide a top-notch retail experience, leveraging technology to help customers seamlessly shop online and in-store. You'll work with the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of personable associates to help our customers live their passion. We seek self-motivated, energetic individuals who enjoy engaging with the public and contributing to a team focused on achieving goals and driving business growth.

This role reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values, inspiring customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers actively by sharing knowledge about our fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising to ensure an easy and valuable shopping experience.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
• Meet or exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales goals.
• Follow safety and security standards and report potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory, which may involve lifting boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities like yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and partners.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, able to multitask and prioritize.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, stand, reach, and hear for extended periods.
• Applicants must be 18 or older.
