Overnight Inbound (Stocking) (T3354) rly Rate: $16.00 USD per hour.

This role is part of the General Merchandise and Food Sales team, supporting inbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and presentation for all GM areas.

• Execute detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operations.
• Stock, organize, and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely, comply with safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up, and Drive‑Up while maintaining compliance.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and engaging to solve their needs.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Communication skills on wireless devices and handheld scanners.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Open to flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Physical ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 lbs. Climb ladders.
• Ability to handle cash register operations as needed.
• Experience with technology equipment and process efficiency is a plus.
