Green Light Distribution is a growing Texas-based alcohol distributor dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and creative Merchandiser to join us!

• Create and maintain visually appealing and organized product displays that attract customers and maximize sales.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely replenishment of products.
• Work closely with store managers, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and execution of merchandising strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in retail merchandising or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong visual and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• All candidates must pass a comprehensive pre-employment background screening, including criminal history, motor vehicle records, and drug screening.

• Generally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, bend and stoop as needed, and reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to verbally communicate with others and exchange accurate information.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to distinguish sound and perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels.
• Ability to occasionally lift 160+ pounds.

• Must be comfortable with various noise levels; sometimes can be loud.
• Warehouse temperatures can vary throughout the seasons.
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
