Part‑Time Merchandiser – Orlando, FL
Coke Florida is looking for a Part‑Time Merchandiser based out of our Orlando location. Your schedule will include weekend availability and will be set on a day shift basis. The role requires stocking, replenishing, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service at all designated accounts.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, including shelf allocation and cold equipment to avoid stockouts and minimize trade breakage, damage, and loss.
- Place timely, accurate orders per ad calendar to maintain inventory levels and adjust orders based on influencing factors.
- Manage back‑stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
- Communicate daily with customers to resolve problems and follow up, maintaining professional relationships with co‑workers, customers, and shoppers.
- Properly face and spin product, conduct store surveys, and transmit appropriate orders.
- Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products in designated accounts.
- Organize backroom inventory, keep equipment, sales floor, and shelves clean.
- Transport, replace, and maintain point‑of‑sale advertising as needed.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, applicable laws, dress code, and appearance/grooming standards.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance and meet customer‑service expectations.
- High School diploma or GED required;
Associate’s degree or higher preferred. - At least 1 year of sales or merchandising experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must provide a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle‑liability insurance. Driving record must have no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
- Strong attention to detail, follow‑up skills, and excellent planning and organization abilities.
- Proficiency with mobile applications and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance frequently.
- Ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds while kneeling, squatting, reaching above the head, at the waist, below the knees, or bending at the knees frequently.
- Ability to push and pull manual transport equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck) containing product loads of at least 100 yards without assistance frequently.
- Ability to grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination.
- Ability to stand a minimum of 6 hours during the workday.
- Ability to walk a minimum of 4 miles during the workday.
- Ability to work in a hot/humid outdoor environment frequently.
Available shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Friday‑Monday (slight flexibility) or 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Friday‑Monday (slight flexibility).
