Takes merchandise requests from customer/salesperson, order entry and order processing to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

• Assists customers at front counter ensure any order errors are corrected.
• End of day run for cash drawer and processing paperwork per established procedures.
• Make hose/tube assembly precise to manufacturers procedure and customer orders.
• Maintain counter display i.e. stocked, neat and dust free.
• Clean and maintain customer, counter, and hose shop areas.
• Perform required preventive maintenance on shop crimpers and equipment.

• Assist Shipping and Receiving with various tasks, as necessary.
• Assist Salesperson/Customers and Team Members with special requests i.e. check stock, availability of parts, inventory control etc.
• Participate in and assist branch teams with action plans, improvement projects or special requests from your supervisor.
• Train Team Members on established processes and procedures.
• Train Team Members on product.
