La Byci is more than a premium cycling and running shop—it’s a community hub where creativity, performance, and culture meet. Located in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood neighborhood, we curate high-end cycling and running apparel, nutrition and gear, host group rides, and bring riders together through events and storytelling.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day shop operations and drive growth through marketing, partnerships, and events.

We’re Hiring:
General Manager – La Byci (Miami, FL)

• Oversee daily shop operations: scheduling, inventory management, and customer experience.
• Lead and develop a small, passionate team—ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media content, and in-store promotions
  that reflect La Byci’s creative spirit.
• Organize and host community rides, product launches, and charity events to grow our rider network.
• Build relationships with cycling brands, local partners, and media to expand shop visibility.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report results to ownership.
• Ensure the shop is always clean, organized, and running efficiently.

• Retail or hospitality management experience (boutique or premium environment preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with sports culture, premium gear, and performance apparel is a big plus.
• Knowledge of social media, email marketing, and event promotion (no need to be a pro designer—just creative and organized).
• Ability to work weekends and evenings during events or busy periods.
• A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, community-focused environment.
