Experience Managers (Assistant Managers), Vibe Captains (Shift Leads), and Vibe & Kitchen Rockstars (Team Members). • Minimum age: 18 years
• 2+ years of restaurant or fast-food management
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong business acumen and proven P&L ownership
• Comfort with tech tools and digital platforms
• Motivational leadership style—can coach, build, and mobilize high-performing teams
• Detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives in independent work environments
• Able to lead through change and elevate team performance
