Qualifications
  • 1-3 cooking experience in a high-volume hotel or freestanding restaurant preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards required.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Excellent Guest Service skills required.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders and guests required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Responsibilities
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
  • Prepares and stores all food products prior to cooking.
  • Follows standardized recipes in the preparation of menu items prior to cooking.
  • Uses knives, slicers, mixers, choppers, grinders and all other equipment in a safe manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
