- 1-3 cooking experience in a high-volume hotel or freestanding restaurant preferred.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Excellent Guest Service skills required.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders and guests required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
- Prepares and stores all food products prior to cooking.
- Follows standardized recipes in the preparation of menu items prior to cooking.
- Uses knives, slicers, mixers, choppers, grinders and all other equipment in a safe manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
